Kobe Verdonck

Kobe Verdonck (CEO)

"I have more than 15 years of experience in international HR business and a degree in both Law and Business Administration. Over the course of my international career, I have held various executive positions with global responsibilities in the areas of HR, law and finance. These gave me tremendous knowledge of the global HR business and technology: both are essential to a successful business strategy.

Innovation and customer intimacy are my key drivers. I’m always looking for opportunities to meet our customers’ needs to an even greater degree, and help them realize their HR ambitions. That’s the challenge I set every single day, for myself as well as for my team, and it’s what drives us as a company. I strongly believe in teamwork and long lasting partnerships that create maximum value for our customers."

Jochem Theunissen Raet



Jochem Theunissen (Chief Financial Officer)

"With a degree in Econometrics, I started my career as Investment Banker, followed by  several years as Private Equity professional. I was intrigued by the extent in which investments in changing IT landscapes drive innovation. It fueled my entrepreneurial mindset. So I joined the management of the online B2C platform Emesa as CFO before joining Raet.

Customers turn to Raet for one of their core business elements: HR. We aspire to exceed customer expectations and put the customers’ needs central in all we do. I value the service minded approach this reflects. Besides, the idea that unprecedented customer experiences cannot be reached without innovation, resonates with my conviction that innovation is the essential foundation for successful enduring partnerships with existing and prospective customers. 

As CFO I will be responsible for the oversight and leadership of all financial activity. As a key business partner to the executive team I will help drive the strategy and ensure that robust financial & business controls are in place securing sustainable profitability. Both my analytical capabilities and my intention to create value for the stakeholders, will be of great value in this process.”

Debby de Gelder (Director of HR Services)

After graduating in Business and Public Administration at Erasmus University, I started my career as a business consultant for Archstone Consulting, focusing on business transformations and change projects. After that I spent six years at KPN in different HR roles, from optimizing processes to leading HR operations and having the responsibility for all HR products and services. I joined Raet in November 2015 as a Director of HR Services. 

I am responsible for our HR services and providing operational HR support to our customers. They entrust us with their HR and payroll accounting which is the backbone of their organizations. If these administrative processes do not run properly, the employees of our customers will not be happy and their organization will not be functioning optimally. So, together with our own staff, I ensure that our customers can rely on continuity in their HR or payroll accounting and help them structurally improve the HR service provision in their organization.
