Gartner, the world's leading information technology research and advisory company, delivers objective analyses of various areas of IT, including Business Process Outsourcing. The 'Magic Quadrant' research from 2016 analyzed eight providers of BPO services for payroll accounting.
Kobe Verdonck, CEO of Raet: “Raet has been a leader for the outsourcing of critical HR matters and payroll processing in the Netherlands for over 50 years. This recognition by Gartner confirms that our focus on customer intimacy, innovation and internationalization over the past few years has been the right choice. We are proud that a leading company like Gartner has recognized Raet as an international provider of BPO services.”
According to the research, Raet's strong points are:
- Raet has held a very strong position in the Netherlands for more than 50 years. Gartner expects that Raet will maintain this position.
- Raet has invested considerably in innovation in recent years and the customer satisfaction survey revealed that the company scored above average for HR analytics as part of payroll.
- Raet has initiated a strategy to bring about its transformation from a Dutch player to an international player. This has made Raet an interesting supplier to organizations with worldwide operations and whose head office is in the Netherlands.
Raet has joined the Magic Quadrant for Payroll Business Process (BPO) services* as a ‘challenger’, and can therefore expect to face some interesting challenges in the next few years, such as fine-tuning and improving its marketing and sales activities, increasing its focus on innovation, and further expanding its geographical footprint.
