ISAE3402 type II

Raet is in control of its activities related to HR, payroll, pension processing and BPO services for its customers. In the annual ISAE3402 report, Raet’s accountant states the company’s control measures in 2013 for the specified products and services, including the control measures for product development activities and the general IT environment, meet the appropriate design, existence and performance criteria.

The ISAE3402 statement is intended for customers’ accountants for their annual statements or for specific compliance regulations. For example, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act requires American public companies to report on the effective control of business processes.

The report supplied by Raet supports companies in those areas. The Autoriteit Financiële Markten (Authority for Financial Markets) in the Netherlands also requires pension funds, banks, fund managers and European public procurement organizations to provide similar reports.

The accountants of Deloitte, Ernst & Young, BDO and PWC have access to the report for internal use.

The company is therefore also certified according to ISO 27001:2013 quality standards for information security systems. This certification makes Raet part of a select group of companies that has demonstrated it has risk management and information security under control.
