Gartner acknowledges Raet as International HCM Suite provider

Gartner, the leading global research and advisory firm for IT, features Raet prominently in their global Market Guide for HCM Suite Applications*. Gartner bases their Market Guide on over 250 user reference cases, surveys, analysis, client inquiries and vendor briefings from December 2014 through to December 2015.

In addition to profiles of the global vendors, the report also contains Gartner’s view on global trends in HCM software. The Raet strategy is well aligned with how Gartner sees the market developing.

Presence and innovation

In the Gartner Market Guide Raet belongs to the top-10 of vendors when it comes to the number of countries in which payroll localization is offered. Gartner describes Raet’s Youforce solution that is used across many industries including the public sector (Netherlands), higher education, healthcare and financial services. Gartner states: “Raet invests in the development of mobile apps (MyHR Apps), HR (predictive) analytics, talent management, further enhancements of payroll localizations and optimization and user management/cloud infrastructure.”
